I love crab — the sweetness of the meat and the multitude of sauces that can accompany it, is just amazing. Even if I groan at the thought of shelling them.
And thankfully, Ah Hoi’s Kitchen at Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore is launching the Festival of Crab promotion, with each kilogram of delicious crab going at $75++.
Customers will get to choose from 10 different ways to cook their crabs such as, Indonesian claypot curry crab, Sarawakian black pepper crab and of course, the iconic chilli crab. This festival will only last till 31 July 2017, so hurry down for some crab goodness!
