If you don’t know what to eat after a long day out at the zoo, Food Republic will have you covered from 20 Mar with its new Heritage-Inspired Mandai Wildlife Reserve Outlet.
Made up of 23 carefully curated hawker stalls, ranging from savoury BBQ chicken wings to sweet chendol, this outlet not only offers a feast for your taste buds but also a feast for your eyes, as the atmosphere aims to recreate the charm of old-school street hawker scenes.

A variety of different local cuisines are congregating under one roof to offer visitors delectable food options.
This Food Republic outlet will feature notable and standout dishes.

The current owner of Shou Yi Fried Fritters is Adrian Koh, who has a treasure trove of family recipes passed down to him through four generations. The frosty and crispy texture of the fritters here is a savoury bite not to be missed.
Fancy a sweet treat? Old Amoy Chendol’s fresh consistency is derived from a fusion of cold-pressed coconut milk, charcoal-brewed coconut palm sugar syrup, and natural pandan chendol. Therefore, it will be enjoyed as a refreshing dessert in Singapore’s blazing climate!
Next on the list is the award-winning Boon Tat BBQ Seafood, which is going to make its first appearance at Food Republic. Its selling point is its grilled seafood and sambal dishes.
Among the highlights that will be available here are the BBQ Sambal Stingray, BBQ Sambal Sotong, BBQ Lala, and Sambal KangKong, as well as its signature 10-spice secret sambal spice sauce.
Be sure to pay this outlet a visit the next time you are near Mandai Wildlife Reserve!
