Haidilao has cemented itself as the place to celebrate special occasions. You’re guaranteed to come across at least 2 tables celebrating a birthday or anniversary on any visit. It’s now the beloved hotpot chain’s turn to celebrate as it is Haidilao’s 30th anniversary in Mar 2024.
To commemorate 3 decades of remarkable food and hospitality, Haidilao is hosting a limited-time promotion with selected dishes going for just S$3.20 each.
The exclusive promotion is available at all restaurants islandwide and runs on weekdays through the whole month of Mar 2024.
Want to know what’s in store for you? The promotion applies to 5 signature dishes, which will be priced at S$3.20 for half-portions. The selection includes Haidilao Marinated Beef Roll (U.P. S$11), Beancurd Roll (U.P. S$7), Pork Jowl (U.P. S$8), Sliced Fish (U.P. S$10) and Signature Shrimp Paste (U.P. $12.50).
Do note that you’ll be limited to 3 orders per table and that the dishes are available on a first-come-first-served basis. The S$3.20 price tag also does not include GST and service charge.
Additionally, Haidilao is set to revitalise its brand image in honour of this 30th anniversary. “Haidilao Hǔoguō”, as it will be newly branded, pays homage to Chinese 火锅 (hǔoguō).
A new brand mascot will also be unveiled – a panda by the quirky name of “Pansformer”, crowned the “Chief Diplomat of Haidilao”. This adorable panda stands as a cultural symbol of Sichuan, the chain’s birthplace.
Pansformer dons costumes representative of different countries in its dedication to spreading love for hotpot globally. It’s also said to be skilled in Chinese opera face-changing, fire-breathing and Haidilao’s signature noodle-dancing.
Haidilao will be hosting a global birthday bash at all of its restaurants worldwide on 20 Mar, the exact date of its founding back in 1994. The event will feature singalongs, and of course, big birthday cakes for everyone to bask in the joyous occasion.
