No plans yet for this Easter weekend? Hop on down to Jamie Italian’s Gourmet Pop-up Market this 15 and 16 April 2017.

Not only can you get professional cooking tips from the chefs at the various cooking stands, you can also savour and purchase gourmet delicacies, such as the prized white truffle oil, Acquerello rice and cold-cuts imported from Italy.

Children are also able to throw on their chef hats as they get the opportunity to customise their own dessert creations at the Jamie’s Italian gelato stand.

Somersby cider-infused roasted pork belly served with braised red cabbage, marinated char-grilled fennel and slow-baked apricot stuffed green apple, topped with orange Gremolata ($32.50)

The pop-up is in collaboration with Somersby Cider, which will also have a tasting station set up to showcase the scrumptious range of ciders. You can look forward to a promotion where one bottle of cider will be sold at only $8++, and a bucket of five for $35++.
