KFC is celebrating 45 years of operation in Singapore with an interactive, multi-sensory installation near VivoCity‘s outdoor water fountains in Harbourfront.

The #MEANDMYKFC installation will happen from 6 July to 10 July 2022, at 11am to 10pm. Furthermore, admission is free, so that everyone can look forward to experiencing the installation without charge.

Look forward to interactive segments and many photo-worthy spots. In the lounge section, take Instagrammable pictures with the KFC themed decorations, such as fried chicken-shaped cushions and zinger-shaped bean bags. There’s even a wardrobe section, where visitors can try on KFC-themed clothing from Amos Ananda, a local streetwear company.

THE #MEANDMYKFC installation will also have a claw machine where visitors can try to win a limited edition KFC plushie, and a gachapon machine that contains prizes like enamel pins, stickers and even KFC food vouchers that include food items that are not currently available on the menu, such as the limited edition Zinger Double Down.

In the kitchen section, visitors can view the actual cooker pot used in every KFC kitchen, and can see how their chicken is prepared. They can even try their hand at lifting a full basket of fried chicken and guessing the spices used in KFC’s famous secret recipe.

The first 4,500 visitors to the #MEANDMYKFC installation will receive a free two-piece fried chicken voucher, and visitors who take photographs at the installation and upload them with the #MEANDMYKFC hashtag may stand a chance to win prizes.

Furthermore, in the month of July, KFC will have special weekly S$4.50 deals to show appreciation to its fans.

With its first outlet opening in Somerset all the way back in 1977, it’s amazing seeing how much KFC has grown to become a huge part of Singapore’s fast food culture and I’m sure that KFC lovers can look forward to a fun-filled time at the installation.
