LINO is a contemporary casual restaurant that prides itself on classic, honest-to-goodness Italian-inspired food. The name LINO comes from the word linen, which is used to cover dough before proofing, allowing it to undergo a traditional and natural fermentation method.
True to its philosophy, the food at LINO speaks for itself.
Take a trip to Italy as you partake in sharing plates including the likes of Grilled Palermo Sweet Pepper, Maine Lobster Tagliatelle In Creamy Tomato, and Burrata Pizza.
Get to know one another over a hearty Stewed Lamb Shank or Duck Leg Confit, before ending the evening with some delectable Italian desserts.
