LINO is a contemporary casual restaurant that prides itself on classic, honest-to-goodness Italian-inspired food. The name LINO comes from the word linen, which is used to cover dough before proofing, allowing it to undergo a traditional and natural fermentation method.

Take a trip to Italy as you partake in sharing plates including the likes of Grilled Palermo Sweet Pepper, Maine Lobster Tagliatelle In Creamy Tomato, and Burrata Pizza.
