Yes! It’s me again, back with the 4th installation of our monthly hawker spring cleaning series. Keeping track of the 90 places that closed down in March was no small feat — I won’t lie, even I had a tiring time typing all that out! That being said, I ended up making a wasted trip last week to one of the closed food centres, despite my own advice to mark it in your calendars.

Thankfully, April is such a breeze with less than 20 places affected. Without further ado, here are the 14 hawker centres and wet markets that will be closed for spring cleaning in Apr 2026.

  • 112 BM Market & Food Centre (112 Jalan Bukit Merah) — 6 Apr 2026

  • Ang Mo Kio 628 Market & Food Centre (628 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4) — 6 to 8 Apr 2026

During these 3 days, it’s high time you pay a visit to 724 AMK Market & Food Centre instead.
