In the blink of an eye, the June school holidays are over and we’ve officially crossed over to the second half of 2026. After a staggering 86 places affected last month, it’s a relief that July will be a much calmer month, with just 13 places involved.

Let’s get straight to it — here are the 13 hawker centres and wet markets that will be closed for spring cleaning in July 2026.

  • 112 BM Market & Food Centre (112 Jalan Bukit Merah) — 6 Jul 2026
  • Changi Village Hawker Centre (2/3 Changi Village Road) — 6 to 8 Jul 2026
  • East Coast Lagoon Food Village (1220 ECP) — 13 to 14 Jul 2026

For cyclists, longboarders and roller blades who hang out at East Coast Park, you might want to head to Promenade Market @ 84 instead
