1. SKIRT: 4-course menu at S$88++ & wine pairing at S$40++

If you are a red meat lover, steakhouse SKIRT has you covered with their 4-course menu from S$88 and wine pairing from S$40. Pick from the Dry Aged Hamachi Ceviche or Salt-baked Beetroot for the Appetiser before tucking into a warm, sweet bowl of Roasted Pumpkin Soup. 

Have a choice between Grilled Shirobuta Pork Collar or Sanchoku Wagyu Picanha MB4-5 for the Main Course, and the Chocolate Madness or Smoked Cheese Cake for the Dessert.

2. Summerhouse Beach Club: 4-course set menu at S$57.55 nett

Summerhouse Beach Club, Siloso Beach’s most exciting beachfront dining spot promises coastal cuisine, cold beers and exciting views all around. For their 4-course menu (S$57.55) offered as part of the Mastercard Gastronomy Trail, wolf down Chef Salad for the Appetiser. Eat the Skypark Signature Beef Burger or Pineapple Chicken Burger for the Main Course.

As part of the Mastercard Gastronomy Trail, enjoy the ultimate Jimbaran BBQ dining at Rumours Beach Club, where the stunning ocean views, relaxing poolside vibes, and laid-back atmosphere set the perfect stage for a memorable dining experience.

Their Island Gastro Set (S$58.80++) is packed with irresistible flavours. The Crispy Pork Belly Fried Rice comes with Balinese roasted pork belly, sambal matah, a pork skewer, a sunny-side-up egg and Indonesian pickles. Pair it with the succulent Black Mussels in signature black pepper sauce and the tender Australian Lamb Shoulder Chops glazed with a delicious house soy glaze and sambal kecap.
