Set to open in August 2026, 118 Mall is shaping up to be one of Kuala Lumpur’s biggest new lifestyle destinations. Located at the base of Merdeka 118 — currently the world’s 2nd-tallest building — the upcoming mall will introduce over 300 retail and dining outlets across 7 levels in the heart of the city.

Spanning 1.5 million sq ft with approximately 800,000 sq ft of net lettable area, the mall is positioned within the historic Merdeka 118 precinct. The development is within walking distance of Petaling Street, Stadium Merdeka and Stadium Negara, placing it at the intersection of heritage, tourism and modern city living.
Leading the tenant lineup is SOGO through SOGO118, alongside a mix of international and homegrown brands including Coach, Hackett London, Cole Haan, Asics, Li-Ning, Skechers and Decathlon. Family-focused anchors such as Village Grocer, Babyshop and HappiKiddo are also part of the tenant mix.

Food will be another major highlight at 118 Mall, anchored by the 40,000 sq ft Makanizm Food Hall on Level 3. Designed as a culinary destination celebrating Malaysia’s diverse food culture, the space will feature names such as Oriental Kopi, Kenny Hills Cafe, Serai Premium, Dolly DimSum, Cili Kampung, ZUS Coffee and Eight Ounce Coffee.

A key feature of the development is the Malaysian Artisan District, an 80,000 sq ft space dedicated to local culture, food and craftsmanship through curated retail concepts and interactive showcases highlighting Malaysian artistry.

The mall will also house The Atmosphere, a 20,000 sq ft event space crowned by an 88-metre glass dome designed to host public events and immersive experiences.

Complementing the space is Raincloud, a multi-level water feature enhanced with projected light displays and interactive visual elements.
Developed by PNB Merdeka Ventures, 118 Mall is expected to become one of Kuala Lumpur’s most anticipated retail openings in 2026, combining shopping, dining, culture and entertainment within one iconic address.
