Mom’s Touch is returning to Singapore from 14 Aug 2026 at South Bridge Road, in 18 Cross, opening daily from 7am – 10pm, hooray!
Those who have been to South Korea have most likely either heard of or tried Mom’s Touch. It is South Korea’s largest homegrown burger and chicken brand with the most outlets, around 1,489 stores.
Mom’s Touch left the Singapore market in 2022. Their comeback ushers in a new era for the brand, with a brand new menu with 2 main draws: 100% chicken thigh meat and a cook-to-order system for fresh, crispy chicken.

They also have a Singaporean exclusive breakfast menu available daily from 7am – 11am for all the early birds.
Don’t go catching worms but go catch their menu, which includes made-to-order toasts, which can be upgraded to a set meal that includes Tater Tots and hot coffee or tea for S$2.
There are 5 options for the toast (Scrambled Egg & Cheese Toast, Chicken Ham & Cheese Toast, Fried Chicken Thigh Toast, Fish Fillet Toast and Grilled Beef Toast), which range from S$3.95 to S$5.95.
Additionally, there are over 10 burgers options, with Singapore-exclusive burgers which have been localised to cater to our tastebuds: Super Thigh Chicken Burger, Singapore Edition (S$9.95), Angus Beef Burger (single S$12.95; double S$17.95) and Fish Fillet Burger (S$6.95).
All of their chicken burger options except for the Super Thigh Chicken Burger have thigh and breast patty options.

At the grand opening, I tried the Singapore exclusive burger, the Super Thigh Chicken Burger, Singapore Edition (S$9.95).
This burger will be available for a limited time to celebrate the return of Mom’s Touch to Singapore. The chicken thigh in this burger was really hefty — look at how it spills out of the burger buns!

The chicken thigh was crisp, yet juicy and tender. I especially liked the sauce in the burger; it was deep and savoury with a slightly peppery spicy kick.
The sauce also had a hint of caramelised sweetness to it, which I feel helped to round off the hearty burger with 3-dimensional flavours.

Next, I tried their second Singapore exclusive burger, the Angus Beef Burger (single S$12.95; double S$17.95).
I find this burger to be indulgent, with the beef patty having a robust and deep flavour. I particularly like the added texture from the crispy onions, pickles and cheddar cheese. There is also a fried egg, which adds a creamy taste to the savoury burger. To top it all off, the burger has white garlic sauce and steak sauce, which add even more richness.

There are 4 flavours of half-sized Boneless Fried Chicken Thigh: Original, Soy Garlic, Spicy Yang Nyeom and Cheesy Sichuan. I tried their 5-piece Cheesy Sichuan (S$12.95). There is also a 10-piece option (S$24.95).
I found it to taste more like sweet and sour chicken than Sichuan. The thick fiery sauce coated the chicken generously, and the additional cheesy sauce helped to balance out the spice.

There are 3 grand opening promotions to celebrate their return to Singapore. Firstly, LE SSERAFIM fans can receive a complimentary LE SSERAFIM Selfie Cut Set with every set meal upgrade from 14 Aug to 19 Aug 2026, limited to 100 sets daily, while stocks last.
Next, any Value Meal upgrades will cost just S$1 instead of the usual S$2.50 from 14 Aug to 31 Aug 2026.
Lastly, with a minimum spend of S$10 in a single receipt, you get to try out Mom’s Touch photobooth, limited to 100 redemptions per day.
Would I recommend Mom’s Touch? Yes. Mom’s Touch has authentic South Korean burgers and chicken, along with some that have a local twist; it’s definitely a must-try.
