1. Fly Me to KL
Need a quick vacation but have a tight schedule? Fly Me To KL is a Moroccan-inspired cafe located in KL with majestic, brown-tinted arches and curved doors that’ll make you feel like you’re on a luxurious holiday.
Located on the 37th floor of Regalia Residence, you will be transported to your very own Moroccan haven with the cafe’s alluring white tents, cacti, straw umbrellas and bean bags, along with a breathtaking view of KL’s skyline.
Fly Me to KL offers exquisitely pleasing treats such as the signature sharing platter, Picnic Basket (RM58) which comprises smoked spring chicken, onion rings, nuggets, fries, and salad served with mayonnaise. Other light bites include the daily-made nachos served with avocado, salsa, and cheese sauce.

2. LuckBros Kota Damansara
Formerly known as Luckin Kopi— Luckbros Kopi’s new outlet in Kota Damansara is the perfect place for the whole family. It’s not just an ordinary cafe— there’s a mini petting zoo right inside it!
Kids get to enjoy fluffy friends while parents can relax with signature coffees and plates of local fare with comforting twists. This spot is ideal not just for children but also for animal lovers as the entrance to the ‘pet safari’ is free, so patrons can get up close and personal with rabbits, sheep, miniature horses, guinea pigs, and other furry creatures before and after their meal.

3. Elephant Resort
Despite its name, Elephant Resort isn’t a resort, but an artisanal bakery cafe with a resort-inspired concept. Located in Bandar Utama, all you have to do is look for the leafy, bright-orange entrance— you can’t possibly miss it.
This new tropical-themed cafe serves up plenty of sunshine, not just because of their brightly coloured walls, but also with their freshly baked pastries. You can expect luscious cakes such as Signature Burnt Cheesecake (RM17), Lemon Poppyseed Cake (RM16) to pastries like Potato Danish (RM5), Hawaiian Danish (RM6) and Crawfish Egg Mayo Croissant (RM15). you’ll have a tough time picking just one item.
From the savouries, don’t miss out on their decadent Truffle Al Funghi Pizza (RM36) which is topped with the goodness of Melange mushrooms, oodles of mozzarella cheese and a generous pouring of truffle oil. Perfect for you truffle lovers!

4. Ra Ra Coffee
For those who are in dire need of a coffee fix in Bandar Utama, head to Ra Ra Coffee. Upon entering, this joint offers a relaxed atmosphere with ample natural light peeping through the window walls. Thanks to its spacious outdoor and indoor seating areas, there’s plenty of space for you and your loved ones to enjoy a slow afternoon, unwinding with a good cup of Joe.
One of their must-try signature dishes is the Waffle Chicken Sandwich (RM25). On the side, order the Truffle Fries (RM11.90) and Mentai Fries (RM12.90). Brews such as classic lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites are available.

5. Petiteserie Cafe & Bakery
On the hunt for authentic Fresh croissants? Run by a Le-Cordon Bleu trained chef, Janice Siew is known throughout Klang Valley for her amazing bakes. Now, much to the delight of her customers, she had opened Petiteserie Cafe & Bakery.
Her Croissant au Beurre (RM8.50) uses 100% Beurre d’isigny butter from Normandy, which gives it a beautiful buttery fragrance, with no bread improvers or additives added.
Besides French pastries and luscious cakes, Petiteserie also offers lunch items on their menu such as Hambagu Steak Burger (RM36), Beef Ragu Spaghetti (RM28), and Smoked Duck Pesto Pasta (RM28).

6. Limone
Taking inspiration from the beauty of an Italian garden, Limone is a European-inspired cafe located in Plaza Zurich, Bukit Damansara. With vivid yellow tones and earthy green touches, the cafe offers a lovely setting for that perfect Instagram-worthy shot, thanks to its lush greenery and beautiful lemon tree as the eatery’s centrepiece.
The menu offers artisanal french desserts ranging from petit gateau cakes to appetising pastries. Highlights include the signature Tokyo Garden (RM16 yuzu tart) , Daisy Cake (RM17 lychee raspberry cake) and Fromage Frais (RM15 cheesecake with fresh berries).
Remember to order their aromatic brews on the side to go with the heavenly treats. For mains, the cafe also serves delicious brunch favourites and hot foods like Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict (RM22), Chicken Percik Poke Bowl (RM19) and a spicy Aglio Olio Pasta (RM21).

7. Kooky Plate
If you’re a fan of Kooky Cream’s decadent cakes, then you’ll be thrilled to check out Kooky Plate. Nestled in the Chow Kit neighbourhood, Kooky Plate makes its debut as the cousin of Kooky Cream, serving colourful dishes, desserts and drinks.
Coming from their sister store, Kooky Cream, you can get their famous silky-smooth Tau Foo Fah Cheesecake (RM15.90) and Tiramisu (RM17) here as well. Although cakes and desserts are the main highlights here, you can also find hot dishes including Beef Ramen (RM25.90), Kimchi Chicken Quiche (RM19), and breakfast favourites.

8. Curio Dark
Curio Coffee Roaster & Cafe, one of KL’s favourite cafes in Rivercity has revealed the dark side of their new venture, Curio Dark. The new cafe is located at The Grange, Ampwalk’s newly-revamped lifestyle hub. Be prepared to embrace a sleek side of darkness— the interior consists of a greyish tone to all black, a theme that lives up to the name of the cafe.
The Pop Fiction Waffle (RM23) is a big hit here. It is a savoury take on the breakfast waffle, served with popcorn chicken and creamy sriracha sauce. If you’re the type who takes your coffee beans seriously, you’ll want to visit Curio Dark— the owners roast their own beans for just the right blend, selecting coffee beans that meet the highest standards.

9. Duwa
Whether you’re visiting Melawati or are living in the neighbourhood, add Duwa to your wishlist. To spot the cafe, keep a lookout for the signature blue-and-white striped roof above its entrance.
Specialising in buttery pastries and artisanal sourdough pizzas, Duwa also offers hearty mains, such as grilled cheeses and toasts. From 12pm onwards, you can order their pizzas consisting of 5 delicious flavours: Margherita Pizza (RM35), Cheese Pizza (RM33), Chicken (RM36) or Beef Pepperoni Pizza (RM37), ‘Bianca’ Pizza (RM31) and Beef Bacon Pizza (RM39).

10. Oomph
Bukit Jalil’s latest Oomph is definitely worth visiting over the weekend. Operating all the way till 2am, the cafe-turned-restobar by night offers an exquisite range of breakfast selections, along with an extensive line-up of wine selection to indulge in on date nights.
The menu offers a delicious range of Western dishes, from pasta to burgers and pastries. Highlights include the Big Breakfast (RM39), Buttermilk French Toast with Fried Chicken (RM25) and Truffle Carbonara with Bacon Brisket (RM27). In the drinks department, don’t skip on their aromatic coffees.
