The Exchange TRX in KL is adding even more reasons to drop by before 2026 wraps up, from Japan’s viral nama donuts and Korean-style affogato to Malaysia’s first Lindt Chocolate Shop. Here are the 6 new TRX F&B openings to know about this year.
1. I’m donut?
Opened Sep 2026

Japan’s viral I’m donut? has landed at The Exchange TRX to make its Southeast Asian debut. Expect more than 30 sweet and savoury nama donuts, including 16 Malaysia-exclusive flavours such as Cham, Milo, Pandan, Coconut and Banana Fritter Caramel.
The signature donuts have a subtle, crispy exterior and fluffy, cloud-like centre, with banana used in the Kuala Lumpur dough. Prices start at RM4.60 for the Original and go up to RM12 for filled donuts and sandos. Matcha drinks, hojicha latte and other beverages are also available.
2. AiFOKATO
Opening 9 Oct 2026

Korean dessert brand AiFOKATO is bringing its diamond-shaped gelato and customisable affogato to Malaysia for the first time. Choose from vanilla, pistachio, matcha or chocolate gelato, then pair it with espresso, matcha or chocolate for 12 combinations.
Also look out for the −86 Frozen Dirty Latte, which combines an intensely chilled milk layer with hot coffee, plus Korean Butter Tteok and coffee. The TRX outlet takes design cues from traditional Korean hanok architecture.
3. Lindt Chocolate Shop
Opening Oct 2026

Malaysia is getting its first Lindt Chocolate Shop at The Exchange TRX this October. Expect familiar favourites such as Lindor Truffles and Excellence bars, alongside Lindt’s signature smooth chocolate.
The chocolatier also traces its roots to Rodolphe Lindt’s 1879 invention of the conching process, which helped create smoother, more velvety chocolate.
4. Cili Kampung
Opening Nov 2026

Cili Kampung is bringing traditional Malay cooking to TRX, with dishes inspired by Malaysia’s home-style flavours and ingredients such as belacan, santan, asam jawa and torch ginger.
Look out for Ayam Bakar Lomak Pucuk Paku, Tulang Rusuk Bakar, Daging Goreng Kantan, Udang Masak Berempah and Kerabu Ayam Mangga. For dessert, there’s Pisang Goreng Gula Hangus Aiskrim.
5. Yo-Chi
Opening Dec 2026

Australian frozen yoghurt brand Yo-Chi is opening its first Malaysian outlet in TRX this December. Its self-serve format lets diners mix frozen yoghurt flavours and toppings before paying by weight.
Expect flavours such as Original Tart, Salted Butterscotch, Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry Cream and Acai, alongside toppings that include mochi, brownie, cookie dough, fresh fruit and chocolate sauces.
6. Tony’s New York Pizza
Opening date TBC

Tony’s New York Pizza is set to bring its neighbourhood pizzeria concept to TRX, serving large, cheesy pizzas by the slice or whole pie, alongside wings and bites.
The lineup includes Classic Pepperoni, Spicy Salami & Jalapeño, Shroom Pie, Buffalo Chicken Pizza and BBQ Chicken Pizza, plus Garlic Knots and Buffalo-style wings. An opening date has yet to be confirmed.
