Nirvana Dessert Cafe relocates to Haji Lane with new HK egglet waffles and Instagrammable desserts

Nirvana Dessert Cafe has brought its tantalising waffles and pancakes to Bugis, taking over a bigger space with two storeys.

Formerly located at Arab Street, Nirvana Dessert Cafe opened in its new location at 37 Haji Lane on 18 August 2022, with an expanded menu.

New to the outlet are Hong Kong-style Egglet Waffles. The Original Egglet Waffle with Homemade Ice-Cream (S$10) comes with light and crispy egglet waffles topped with fresh berries, marshmallows, a choice of salted caramel, chocolate or maple syrup, and a choice of a single scoop of homemade ice cream. Ice cream flavours include Matcha, Black Sesame and even Avocado.

Meanwhile, the Waffle On-A-Stick (S$6) consists of two sticks of original, charcoal or matcha-flavoured egglet waffles.

Nirvana Dessert Cafe’s popular Fluffy Souffle Pancakes are also available. Enjoy a simple plate of The Original Souffle Pancake (S$12), topped with fresh cream, a choice of syrup and fresh berries, or opt for the Chocolate Souffle Pancake (S$13) instead. You can even get a scoop of ice cream on your pancakes for an additional S$3.

For a crispier alternative, choose between The Original Waffle (S$10), Chocolate Waffle (S$11) and Charcoal Waffle (S$11), all of which come with a scoop of homemade ice cream.

Nirvana Dessert Cafe also has a variety of other sweet treats, like their Molten Lava Cake with Ice-Cream (S$9), Coconut Mango Lava Cake with Ice-Cream (S$8), Taro Cheesecake (S$5), Cream Brulee (S$6) and Apple Rose Tart with Ice Cream (S$8).

Why not enjoy a chewy snack with their assorted mochi flavours, including Mango (S$3), Milo Oreo (S$3), Matcha Redbean (S$3.50), Charcoal with Grape (S$3.50) and Durian (S$5)?
