Non Entree's Nasi Lemak Dessert 1 Online

Non Entrée Desserts has always been about taking a modern approach to classic European desserts so naturally, they’ve come up with a new dessert rendition of a local dish the Nasi Lemak.

Launched as part of a limited National Day menu, this ingenious dessert creation couldn’t have been introduced at a better time. From now until 31 August 2017, you can get your hands on the Nasi Lemak ($14.90++) which is crafted using both sweet and savoury components.

In true Non Entrée fashion, a combination of coconut, pandan mousse and gula melaka sauce is cleverly disguised as “rice” together with a “hard-boiled egg” made from mango yoghurt, and strawberry coulis as “sambal chilli”. The savoury bits lie in the actual salted ikan bilis, peanuts and of course, the “kuning fish” tulip.

Bear in mind that there are limited stocks daily on a first come first serve basis applied so you’ve got to exercise some kan cheong spirit if you want to try this amazing dessert before it’s gone!

Date: 5 August – 31 August 2017

Price: Nasi Lemak ($14.90++)

Non Entrée Desserts: 204 Rangoon Road, Singapore 218451 | Opening Hours: Tuesday – Thursday (2pm – 10pm), Fridays (2pm – 11pm), Saturdays (12pm – 11pm), Closed on Mondays | Tel: 9878 6543 | Facebook
