The restaurants are located at OKA Signature Place, an F&B tower at Setia Tropika, JB.
Their establishments in Malaysia have mainly been centred in the Kuala Lumpur area, with some in Genting Highlands, Penang, and Sabah. Paradise Group has decided to take a bold step to venture southward into JB recently, bringing their remarkable dishes to the area.
JB-ites no longer have to cross the border or travel the long journey to KL to enjoy Beauty in the Pot! Claimed to be the largest in Malaysia, this outlet captivates visitors with its signature pink-themed interior.
The outlet is situated on the 2nd storey of the tower, and purported to be the first sky-high hot pot destination in JB. It also means that you can now enjoy the iconic Beauty Collagen Broth with a view, from 12pm to 10pm daily.

Furthermore, the group also brought in Paradise Dynasty— a well-known eatery that is popular for its Xiao Long Bao. This establishment is set within the same tower as Beauty in the Pot, occupying the 3rd floor. It will serve the community from 10am to 10pm daily.
The F&B tower showcases sustainability through its eco-conscious renovation, inspired by the captivating essence of the rainforest. It evokes the feeling of dining surrounded by nature.
