Hankering for a bowl of ramen? Ramen Mob is Taman Desa‘s newest and coolest ramen restaurant but with an interesting twist— it has an elevator-like entrance.

Their entrance is not the only exciting thing at Ramen Mob but in fact, the way to order your bowl of ramen here is rather unique. First, the customer has to fill out the online menu detailing how they want the ramen prepared. The menu covers various popular styles of ramen, such as miso, shio, shoyu, and tonkatsu.

Unsure what to craft in your bowl of ramen? The staff will happily show you how to order your ramen for the perfect balance of flavours and spices.

Once you select your ramen preferences, there is a button on the menu that you can press, which will notify the chef to prepare your order. It is also interesting to note that the kitchen is in the centre of the restaurant.

They are most known for their delicious tonkotsu broth. But if you feel like turning up the heat, Ramen Mob’s Sichuan-inspired Mala Ramen (RM30) will hit the spot.

Not in the mood for ramen? There’s also a mouth-watering range of donburi. The Buta Bara Donburi (RM25) with its fragrant steamed rice topped with mince pork and creamy onsen egg is a must try.
