Get ready for some interesting desserts when Pastry Chef Will Goldfarb takes over Potato Head Folk’s Studio 1939 this 10 to 18 March 2017.

Chef Goldfarb will be working closely with the head mixologist of the PTT Family (the people behind Potato Head Folk) to develop a five-course showcase of dessert and cocktail pairings using Balinese and regional ingredients.

The desserts are paired with cocktails that have a strong focus on Southeast Asian flavours, so you can expect to see ingredients such as coconut, palm sugar, rice and fruits used. Chef Goldfarb’s flagship restaurant, Room4Dessert, originated from New York in 2006, and now exists in Ubud, Bali.

If you don’t have a trip to Bali planned anytime soon, now’s your chance to get a taste so make sure you save some Room4Dessert and make your reservations!
