Every weekend starting from 4pm, you’ll get to watch chefs prepare sumptuous spreads while enjoying the feast with an incredible view.

As the sun sets, the bright lights will liven up the area, adding some Instagrammable flair.

Don’t worry if Singapore’s unpredictable weather starts to act up.

The Emerald Pavilion also has stalls and dining areas set up inside for a wet weather plan. Alternatively, you can head further down the road to the Sapphire Pavilion to ‘grill and chill‘.

You’ll get to watch blockbusters such as Guardians Of The Galaxy, Ant-Man and Doctor Strange. They will be showing one movie per day at 8pm so you can grab some food before the movie starts.

Here’s some of the food we thought you might want to try while you’re there:

1. The Quarters

Sentosa Grillfest 2019 1

Bites like the Ayam Shiok (S$10) from The Quarters will leave you feeling satisfied. You can munch on the soft and fluffy sesame buns with a crunchy chicken patty and salted egg sauce.

2. Papi’s Tacos

Sentosa Grillfest 2019 13

Offering one of the most authentic Mexican food around, Papi’s Tacos is also a participating vendor at this year’s GrillFest.

Sandwiched between flour tortillas, the Pescado Tacos (S$12 for two pieces) has grilled dory fish, home-made smoked chipotle aioli and fresh red cabbage. The flavours from the juicy fish and sauce will feel spec-taco-lar in your mouth.

3. One Faber Group

If those two didn’t get your attention, this definitely will.

The Bamboo Rice Nasi Lemak Ayam (S$18) is unlike your usual Nasi Lemak, One Faber Group makes use of bamboo stems and pandan leaves to capture the fragrance to make a good serving of Nasi Lemak.

I’ll have to admit though, the prices are a little high and if you’re on a budget, it would burn a bigger hole in your wallet.

However, if you’re ready to splurge on the food and experience, head down to Sentosa GrillFest this weekend!

Dates & times: From now till 12 August2019 (4pm–11pm)
