Starting from 2 December 2019 to 1 January 2020, prepare yourself for a whole host of festive buffets at Sheraton Towers’ The Dining Room.

Christmas is just not Christmas without a magnificent turkey as the centrepiece. Sheraton Towers is a little creative with their rendition this year, with their Oriental-Inspired Honey Rock Hoisin Turkey.
This bird is infused with Executive Chef Eric Cheam’s homemade marinade for a whopping 48 hours before being slow-roasted to ensure a tender and savoury bird.
Accompanied by fragrant Black Sesame Fried Rice Stuffing, Sautéed Brussels Sprout With Garlic and Salted-Egg Potato Dumplings, it’s a feast for both the eyes and the stomach.
Other highlights that you can look forward to are the Slow Roasted Bulgogi Ribeye, Tandoori Turkey Breast, Lobster Mac And Cheese With Truffle and Sheraton Towers’ signature Dry Laksa.
For sweet tooths out there, the new Raspberry Cheese Igloo made with cheese mousse, raspberry jelly and digestive crunch is an adorable and sweet way to end your meal.
If you are like me, a die-hard chocoholic, then the Valrhona Azelia Mushroom Log Cake is perfect for you. With its distinct layers of Azelia milk chocolate mousse, chocolate sponge cake with glazed with milk chocolate almond nibs, chocolate heaven, I’m all in!
If buffets are not your thing, fret not, Sheraton Towers has a splendid Festive Takeaway Menu. With selections such as Bourbon Orange-Glazed Bone-in Gammon Ham and Roasted Herb-Marinated Grass-Fed Ribeye, you’ll have happy guests, alright.
