Ever got into a situation where you’re just done eating after finishing one huge burger by yourself? Sliderhouz soft-launched on 8 July 2022, is nestled within Peace Centre, and aims to change the way people eat. They offer 14 different kinds of flavours for their small sliders and allow customers to mix and match any of those flavours for their set meals— getting to eat two to three kinds of sliders beats eating a single big burger anytime!

Sliderhouz offers a wide selection of sliders including beef, chicken, seafood, pork and vegan. You may opt for their 2 Slider Meal (S$14.90), which includes two sliders of your choice, fries, onion rings, one chicken drumlet and one drink. Another option you have is their 3 Slider Meal (S$17.90), which will get you three sliders, fries, onion rings, two chicken drumlets and one drink. They also have à la carte dishes like 2 Sliders (S$10), Battered Red Snapper (S$12) and Crispy Chicken Cutlet (S$12).

Let’s take a look at some of the slider options that you can get your hands on.

  • Mr. MooinkAngus ribeye slices, caramelised onions, roasted capsicum, gherkin & jalapeno slices, cherry tomato, swiss cheese and cheddar cheese. All of that is wrapped in streaky pork bacon, grilled and drizzled in sesame mayo, and covered by a toasted sub bun— my mouth is watering while describing all that!

  • Crispy Belly— Slow roasted pork belly served with apple slaw, home-made spicy sesame sauce, and crispy crackling pork skin all sandwiched within a toasted charcoal bun.
  • Chickie— Cornflakes-breaded fried chicken breast with Japanese cucumber slices, spring onions, lettuce, swiss cheese, and home-made chilli mayo, served with a toasted original bun.
