Starbucks is launching its largest flagship store at Jewel Changi Airport officially opening on 17 April 2019. We gather it is no surprise — after all, what isn’t opening at the highly anticipated Jewel Changi?

Step into the two-storey Starbucks quite unlike any other and immerse yourself in the lush indoor landscaping, polished interiors and artisanal woodwork inspired by nature.

Focusing on quality artisanal coffee, expect to experience different manual brewing methods at the Reserve Experience Bar, helmed by Starbucks coffee masters. Fans of nitro brew will be excited to know that their Nitro Brew offerings have been expanded for both coffee and tea to include beverages like Nitro Caramel Macchiato (S$7.90) and Nitro Tropical Fruit Tea (S$7).

Expect an exclusive local menu at the flagship store that goes beyond your usual puff pastries and cakes, which includes Hainanese Chicken Rice Quinoa Salad (S$11.90) and Satay Chicken Ciabatta (S$10.90).

To reinforce the uniquely local touch to the new menu, Starbucks Singapore has also partnered with homegrown ice-cream parlour, Udders, for a series of delightful desserts and drinks.

Cue a series of coffees paired with ice cream, including delectable beverages like Classic Affogato (S$10.20), Cold Brew Float (S$12.20), and Cold Brew Malt (S$14.90). Caffeine junkies can get an extra fix with the Cold Brew Ice Cream (S$4.50) mini tubs available for sale in-store as well.

We may not house the largest Starbucks in the world like Tokyo recently did, but we’re sure the opening of the biggest Starbucks in town still calls for some hype, especially with the much-anticipated opening of Jewel Changi.
