Christmas is just around the corner, meaning plenty of feasting opportunities (and presents, of course). And for every festive meal, there’s always the highly-anticipated sweet treat ending. In conjunction with this festive holiday, artisanal dessert brand, Sunday Folks has launched 2 freshly churned ice cream flavours and 3 festive celebration cakes. Yes folks, it truly is the season to be jolly!

Kick your Christmas off with The Deep Dark Wonderland (S$9 for a slice, S$88 for a whole cake) Yule log cake. With luscious 56% cacao ganache slathered between layers of rich chocolate sponge, this is one decadent dessert that’s simply too good to resist.

Christmas got you missing the snow-capped mountains? Why not indulge in the Cherī White Forest (S$12 for a slice, S$98 for a whole cake)? This is a Japanese vanilla genoise sponge cake laced with Kirsch (brandy made from sour morello cherry), sweet dark cherries and generous layers of white chocolate flakes. We guarantee that just one slice will transport your tastebuds to the gorgeous, snowy Swiss mountains.

The Merry Berries Charlotte (S$9 for a slice, S$78 for a whole cake) features an abounding assortment of fresh fruits and seasonal berries, gathered atop a mixed berries mousse and sweet strawberry jam, and encased in a moist ladies’ finger sponge. The assortment of colours will truly be the highlight of the meal, that’s for sure.

Cakes aside, their freshly churned Christmas-flavoured ice creams are a must try. The first festive flavour is a true embodiment of Christmas, Chocolate Peppermint S’more: a lush, classic chocolate laced with mint, paired with gloriously torched peppermint marshmallow fluff.

The second festive flavour is perfect for those with a sweet tooth, Crème Caramel: a luscious caramel flavour with a side of fresh fruits along with crunchy mikado and toasted cinnamon bread crumbles.

So dessert lovers, make your way to Sunday Folks today! After all, what better way to spend time with your loved ones than over yummy Christmas desserts?
