Thai Supermarket is back with their annual Songkran Festival celebration from 12 to 13 Apr 2025 at Aperia Mall, but this time also celebrating their 40th anniversary along with it. In partnership with Thai Trade Center, Singapore and Chang Beer, expect an unforgettable experience at this vibrant event this weekend!

Attendees can look forward to a retro-esque weekend of old-school Thai experiences from the 80s and 90s, as well as authentic Thai F&B brands. Thai mini mart photo spots, traditional Thai popsicles, and even classic childhood games are sure to evoke a wave of nostalgia!

$4 Food Fiesta

Now, I’m sure many of you are curious about what the S$4 Food Fiesta entails. Exclusive to the 12 & 13 April weekend, here are some food street vendors offering Thai treats at–you guessed it–$4.

1. Folks Collective

First on the list is Folks Collective, a Thai fusion restaurant with a Thai dessert pop-up, selling these delectable sweet treats at S$4 each!

    •   Thai Ice Kachang (Thingsu – Thai Bingsu) with toppings
    •   Mango Sticky Rice
    •   Red Ruby
    •   Lukchup

2. Slurp Noodle Bar

Next up is Folks Collective’s sister brand, Slurp Noodle Bar selling the following crowd favourite Thai noodles for just S$4 a plate.

  • Boat Noodles
  • Pad Mama
  • Pad See Ew
  • Pad Thai

They will be serving slightly smaller portions than their usual (see above) for this particular promotion, but I do think it’s still worth it for that price point.

3. Talad Thai Banana

Talad Thai Banana is a popular Thai snack store that sells Thai Fried Banana, Sweet Potato Fritters/Balls, Yam Chips and Thai Milk Tea.

For these 2 days only, you can get 6 pieces of their signature Thai Fried Banana for S$4, which is S$1 off their usual price. However, it is limited to the first 100 customers per day, so make sure to get there early to redeem it!

4. The Crispy Crepes

Sweet tooths are in for a treat because we’re rounding this list off with yet another dessert. This stall sells a range of hand-crafted sweet & savoury Thai-style crepes.

For S$4, you get 10 mini Kanom Beung crispy crepes, which are filled with coconut cream and sweet egg yolk floss. This offer is also limited to the first 100 customers per day.
