Recently opened at Village Hotel Changi on 16 Jun 2024, their Peranakan-fusion Weekend Lunch Buffet (S$48++ per person) offers a variety of seafood and meats. Look forward to delectable mains like Creamy Butter Pasta with Prawn, Ayam Buah Keluak, Fried Fish with Assam Gravy, Singapore Chilli Crab, Cincalok Omelette, Prawn Paste Chicken, and much more.
The spread doesn’t stop there – they also have live and DIY stations featuring build-your-own Rojak, Laksa, and Traditional Muah Chee. There’s even a live Roti Prata station where you can get your choice of Plain, Egg, and even Muah Chee Prata served alongside Beef Rendang or Chicken Curry!
Make sure you also save some space for dessert, as their sweets selection is not to be missed. Offering a mix of traditional and fusion desserts, expect sweet treats such as Pandan Churros, Traditional Cakes in assorted flavours like Buttercream and Peanut, hot desserts like Green Bean Sago, and last but certainly not least, their Homemade Nonya Kuehs!
