Buffets are a joy to indulge in but the spread often observes a repeat of common dishes which just gets quite boring.

I mean, a change in fare and cuisine would be well appreciated to feast in but it’s not every day we hear about a new buffet exclusive.

Well, Bangkok restaurant Baan Ying has launched The Great Baan Ying Brunch, featuring an All-You-Can-Eat Thai buffet spread every Saturday and Sunday, from 11am – 3pm.

Don’t get all excited yet, the semi-buffet includes a choice of one main course along with a spread of 12 – 15 unique appetisers, sides and desserts on rotation every week that change every week.

And yes, that means unlimited Thai side dishes, such as Som Tum (green papaya salad), Larb Moo Tod (mini fried spicy meat balls) and Kao Tung Na Tung (crispy rice with pork and shrimp dip), just to name a few.
