Imagine being in an open space surrounded by stalls that brag dishes that have gained leagued rewards. Well, The MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival will make its return with a thrilling team of participating restaurants as well as eager newcomers making its debut at the annual affair.

From 22 February to 24 February 2019, the event will be held at The Coliseum, Resorts World Sentosa, featuring a mix of 15 different Michelin-listed restaurants and hawker stalls.

Back for its third edition, the MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival 2019 will showcase 15 establishments recognised in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore.

With prices starting at a modest S$3 for these highly-acclaimed dishes, we know there’s bound to be something for everyone and every budget.

Michelin-starred restaurant Burnt Ends, who earned its star in 2018, will be back to whip up some of its irresistible creations. Plus, two Michelin-starred restaurant Shisen Hansen will also be serving up some delectable Sichuan dishes.

Besides these restaurants, expect to see local hawker favourites, such as Tai Wah Pork Noodle’s Bak Chor Mee and fusion zi char dishes from New Ubin Seafood.
