While the 4th of July may not be celebrated locally, you certainly don’t have to be an American to appreciate and enjoy classic American barbecue. Which is exactly what Meathsmith is offering on 2 July 2017 with the USA Day Party.

With chefs Howy Lafour and Chris Lin helming the smokers for only one day, diners can expect classic American smokehouse dishes such as beef ribs, brisket, chicken and pork ribs. Together with a range of restaurants including big names such as Momofuku Ssam Bar & Momofuku Ko, Citronelle, Cypress, Old Major, and Restaurant Andre.

Bourbon cocktails and beers on tap will be available as well to complement the hearty fare served here. DJs will also be on site to ensure so head on down for a good time with great BBQ, booze and music!
