Yeast Side is officially launching a brand new outlet at myVillage, Serangoon Gardens, on 30 Aug 2025. Known for their slow-fermented sourdough pizzas and rotating craft beer selection, the brand is now unveiling a refreshed look, an elevated menu and a stronger sense of identity, while still keeping the same easy-going charm regulars love.

The new Serangoon outlet brings a line of housemade focaccia sandwiches to the Day menu, baked from Italy’s most finely sifted flour, slow-fermented for flavour and finished with a golden crust.

Among the 8 new sandwiches, the Honey Miso Prawn (S$16) is a Serangoon exclusive, featuring a prawn katsu layered with rich red miso butter, briny seaweed and crisp romaine for a deep umami bite. Other signatures include the Bestside Sandwich (S$15), which comes with maple bacon and egg mayo with gherkins, and the crispy, generous Mr Crabs (S$18), filled with battered crab and housemade slaw.

Their menu has been tightened on the pizza front, with each option built on a 24-hour fermented base for that signature chew and blistered crust. Highlights include the Foursome with Honey (S$21), a salty-sweet combination of 4 cheeses and wildflower honey, and Hold My Salami (S$23), a savoury-meets-fresh creation topped with salami, beef sausage and a swirl of tzatziki. The Serangoon exclusive Chicken Romesco (S$24) promises smoky, tangy notes with poached chicken, sweet corn and housemade romesco sauce.

On 30 Aug only, the Lion City Meadery’s Chrysanthemum Mead will be available in all its delicate, floral, brewed glory. Beer fans, you wouldn’t want to miss this!

Beyond just food, Yeast Side’s refreshed identity leans into a promise of being a “happy place” for customers; one that celebrates life’s small victories, like tearing into pillowy focaccia or discovering your new favourite drink. The new logo and colour palette reflect this warmth and positivity, and the curated cosy space invites guests to linger just a little longer.

With its revolving menu, rotating drinks, yet a feeling of staying the same, Yeast Side myVillage proves it’s not just about what’s on the table but the heart it brings to the neighbourhood and people.
