Inspired by the highly acclaimed movie, Your Name (Kimi no Na wa), The Guest Cafe & Diner has launched a Your Name Cafe in Nagoya.

The cafe serves up food featured in the movie, as well as dishes representing various scenes in the movie.

The Comet We Saw Together on that Day Plate (1,280 yen, around S$16) is a dessert consisting of ice cream, mousse and berries. This dish is an interpretation of the crux of the movie— the comet which was headed for Itomori.

Not only is it visually appealing, but I’m sure it’ll taste just as good.

Who Are You? Latte (680 yen, around S$8.50) embodies the theme of the movie, where the two protagonists forget one another after their timelines are reverted. Although it might taste like a regular latte, the intricate design makes it all worth it.

Lastly, the exquisite pancakes (1480 yen, around S$18.50) is modelled exactly after the one Mitsuha had in the movie. The fluffy pancakes are also topped with a cookie decorated with the scene from Your Name. Looks good doesn’t it?

Besides food, Your Name merchandise such as shirts, handphone cases and mugs will also be sold at the pop-up cafe.

The cafe runs till 3 April 2017, here’s your chance to rediscover the movie through the cafe on your next trip to Japan!
