York Hotel Singapore’s long-standing Penang Hawkers’ Fare is back once again, from 15 – 31 March 2019! Carrying on a tradition that started in 1986, familiar guest hawkers from Penang will delight you with traditional and local favourites from Penang Laksa to Char Kway Teow and Roti Canai.

This year will be even more exciting as the highly-praised Duck Porridge will make a comeback from when it was last served in March 2017.

Tantalise your taste buds with tender braised duck meat and pig’s innards in a comforting porridge, topped with aromatic ginger strips and spring onions.

Don’t miss out on the action going on at the ‘live’ stations, as the chefs prepare your favourite Penang dishes like Oyster Omelette and Lor Bak (Five-Spiced Pork Roll).

Be sure to save room for dessert! You won’t want to miss out on Ban Chang Kueh, Ice Kachang and Chendol, among many other sweets to satisfy your sweet tooth.
