Tom's Palette Got Ice Cream 6

With Game Of Thrones’ season finale round the corner on Monday, Tom’s Palette’s GoT-inspired ice cream flavours couldn’t have come at a better time! Available from 18 May 2019 till stock runs out, we reckon these exclusive flavours will get you through this disappointing season.

Tom’s Palette isn’t your regular ice cream parlour with just your mainstream flavours of vanilla or chocolate; they are way ahead in the game, churning out flavours like Chee Cheong Fun and Thunder Tea.

As avid fans of the show and books, they’ve created four uniquely GoT flavours named after the iconic characters Cersei, Khaleesi, Sansa and Theon.

Cersei (S$4 for 3oz, S$5 for 4oz) is a sangria-flavoured ice cream swirled with raspberry and blackberry coulis with chunks of poached strawberries. Quite obviously, this wine-infused ice cream is befitting of the name Cersei; when do we see our notoriously wine-soaked monarch without a glass in her hand?

One of the flavours is actually a froyo, swirled with red dragon fruit sauce. No prizes for guessing the name of this one! Their Khaleesi (S$4 for 3oz, S$5 for 4oz) flavour is a balance between sweet and sour, with ample dragon fruit sauce to bring out the fruit’s subtle flavour.

Tom’s Palette’s spin on Sansa’s favourite lemon cake is actually a cheesecake ice cream layered with lemon syrup and lemon cakes. We’re sure this rendition might be her next favourite.

By the looks of it, their fourth flavour appears to be what looks like black sesame. But Theon (S$4 for 3oz, S$5 for 4oz) is actually made of the rather unsuspecting ingredient of squid ink, a tribute to the iconic Kraken on the Greyjoy sigil.

While some may immediately pick up the fishy notes of the ink, most people will enjoy this savoury ice cream reminiscent of salted caramel instead.

If you’re a regular, you’ll know that their exclusive flavours are often on a rotation basis, so be warned that you may not get them all the time! Same goes with this season’s GoT-inspired ice cream, as we hear they’re only making one of each tub and it’ll be while stocks last.

We certainly do hope these GoT ice cream flavours wouldn’t be as disappointing as the latest season of this hit TV show.

Dates & Times: Available from 18 May 2019 while stocks last | 12pm – 10pm
