We all know how expensive good steak can get. So when the opportunity to enjoy quality steak in limitless quantities arises, you pounce on it.
SEAR is offering an all-you-can-eat steak buffet on 21 & 22 September 2019. In celebration of the F1 weekend, you can eat to your carnivorous heart’s content, for just S$78++ per pax.
And no, what you just read isn’t a mis-steak.
The line-up of steak choices already has us drooling.
You can look forward to Westholme Wagyu Tri Tip, Sanchoku Wagyu Top Sirloin, USDA Prime Ribeye and O’Connor Natural Beef Tenderloin.
And if you need to throw in some carbs to balance out all that protein, they have a Wagyu Beef Burger too.
Even though a good steak should taste amazing on its own, a little sauce never hurt anybody.
You can choose to drizzle your meats with Mustard Sauce, Bordelaise, Chimichurri, Five Peppercorns or Bearnaise.
The buffet also comes with free-flow classic sides, like the Sear Mac n Cheese and Potato Gratin. There are starters like Matsutake Mushroom Soup too (not free-flow), but we suggest saving space for the steak.
