LiHo has brought back their series of fresh Seolhyang Strawberry drinks, with new drinks like the Salted Caramel Strawberry Latte, Strawberry Jing Syuan, as well as Strawberry Latte from the previous series, available now at selected outlets

Fun fact: Their freshly handpicked Seolhyang strawberries are air-flown straight from farms in Korea to LiHo outlets every three days, so rest assure the quality of strawberries is top-notch.

I tried the Seolhyang strawberries they used in the drinks, and it was relatively sweeter than other strawberries found in supermarkets in Singapore! Apparently, this variety of strawberries are not found here in locally in stores, due to its tenderness, making it more prone to damage and shorter shelf life.

The drinks come in medium and large sizes, priced at S$6.90 and S$7.90 respectively. For those who fancy warm drinks, fret not as the hot option is priced at S$6.90!

The Salted Caramel Strawberry Latte tasted much like a milkshake and the creaminess of the fresh milk, paired with the salted caramel, contrasted well with the tartness of the Seolhyang strawberries. This drink is definitely recommended for those who are looking for an elevated experience of a milkshake.

For those who love a fresh milk-based beverage, this one’s for you! The Strawberry Latte has Seolhyang strawberries crushed and lightly blended together with creamy fresh milk, making this beverage refreshing when paired with savoury bites.

The Strawberry Jing Syuan has got to be my favourite out of the three drinks of this series. The fragrance of Jing Syuan tea complemented the freshness of the Seolhyang strawberries, and what you get is a burst of flavours that refreshes you from our humid weather.
