Good news, bubble tea aficionados! Gong Cha just announced on their Instagram and Facebook page that three Gong Cha dessert stores have been given the green light to open 23 May 2020—but only for delivery orders via Deliveroo, FoodPanda, and GrabFood. There will be no takeaway purchases at these three outlets.

The three outlets are Causeway Point, Paya Lebar Quarter, and NEX Serangoon.

“Much as we will like to serve you directly, in view of the current situation to protect both customers and staff, we will like everyone to enjoy your bubble-tea fix in the comfort and safety of your own homes,” Gong Cha said in their social media update.

Gong Cha is also offering bubble tea delivery via restaurants such as Wolf Burger, Express by Chatterbox, and Chen’s Mapo Tofu. However, only four drink options are available—Brown Sugar Fresh Milk With Pearl (S$5.60), QQ Passion Fruit Green Tea (S$5.20), Taro Drink (S$4.70), and the OG Pearl Milk Tea (S$4.50).

So if you’re not living within the vicinity of the three recently opened outlets, this could be a viable choice for you.
