After the chilli crab-flavoured Pretz sticks launched in collaboration with Jumbo Seafood last year, leading Japanese confectionery company, Glico is back once again with a brand new Pretz creation!
This time around, they have worked with famous chicken rice chain, Wee Nam Kee Chicken Rice to launch the limited-edition Hainanese Chicken Rice Flavour Pretz sticks.
Priced at S$1.60 per box, the biscuits are said to have captured the aroma and taste of this iconic dish in a stick. Each bite exudes the flavours of succulent poached chicken meat and the fragrance of chicken rice alongside Wee Nam Kee’s signature chilli sauce and ginger dip—the perfect solution for a quick ‘chicken rice’ fix.
Created especially for Singapore Food Festival 2020, the Hainanese Chicken Rice Flavour Pretz will be available only for a limited period at all Wee Nam Kee Outlets and major supermarkets.
Since this is a Singapore exclusive item, you might want to stock up a couple more and send them to a fellow Singaporean living overseas who might be craving for a taste of home!
