Finally, after nearly three months of hiatus, Haven Bistro is back at a new location along Jalan Besar in a larger space along with a brand new teppanyaki live table.
Helmed by Chef Eric, who has more than 20 years of culinary experience, the new Haven Bistro not only serves their signature individual teppanyaki plates but also teppanyaki sets cooked and served right in front of you.
Seafood lovers should not miss their Lobster Indulgence (S$32.90), a extravagant hot plate featuring a whole lobster and a choice of beef, chicken, lamb, red snapper, or salmon, served alongside vegetables and rice.
Otherwise, if you are dining as a couple, then the Combo Set For Two (S$39) will make for a value-for-money option with its variety. Prawns, mussels, baby scallops, and squid aside, you can pick two other proteins, be it meat or fish, to complement your already mouth-watering seafood platter!
Rather witness your food cooked fresh in front of your eyes? Then opt for their teppanyaki live cooking sets. Here at Haven Bistro, there will surely be something suitable for you with the four options which you can choose from.
For a mixture of the goodness from both land and sea, go for Set A: Surf & Turf (S$39.90), otherwise, pick from Set B: All Meat Lover (S$36.90), Set C: Seafood Lover (S$42.90), or Set D: Chicken with Baby Abalone/ Big Prawns (S$24.90) for your preferred ingredients to suit your liking.
Just be reminded that there are only eight seats available at the live teppanyaki station and bookings are not allowed for this option. Hence, you will have to be there on a first come first serve basis for this exclusive experience!
