Mirae Medical Aesthetics is an MOH-licensed clinic at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. The clinic practises evidence-based aesthetic medicine, integrating established Western medical principles with Korean-influenced aesthetic techniques. Their clinical focus is on skin quality, collagen stimulation and facial balance.

The clinic is led by Medical Director Dr Cherie Lau, a Singapore and UK-registered medical doctor with over a decade of clinical experience. Dr Lau graduated with Distinction from Queen Mary University of London and subsequently pursued further clinical training in Seoul in facial assessment, facial contouring and collagen-stimulating treatments. She has a special interest in non-surgical skin tightening and lifting procedures, with a clinical focus on collagen stimulation.

Treatments offered include the PDO Liquid Threadlift, which introduces a biocompatible material with a long history of use in medicine, in liquid form beneath the skin. The treatment is intended to stimulate the body’s own collagen production, provide structural support and address concerns such as skin laxity, under-eye hollows and fine lines.

Treatment suitability and outcomes vary between individuals, and the expected duration of any result depends on factors including skin condition, age and lifestyle. A medical consultation with Dr Lau is required to assess whether these treatments are appropriate for you.

3. Edwin Lim Medical Aesthetic Clinic

The less-is-more philosophy is at the heart of the Edwin Lim Medical Aesthetic Clinic

Founded by Dr Edwin Lim, the practice takes a doctor-led, highly personalised approach, with every treatment plan built around your facial structure, skin condition and goals. Consultations are detailed and tailored, something that’s still surprisingly rare in Singapore’s more commercialised aesthetic scene.

The clinic focuses on non-surgical treatments designed for natural-looking improvements, rather than dramatic transformations. This includes botulinum toxin injections for wrinkle reduction and jaw slimming, dermal fillers for restoring volume, and collagen-stimulating injectables to improve overall skin quality.

Laser treatments are another key strength at Edwin Lim Medical Aesthetic Clinic, especially Pico laser options designed to target pigmentation and skin rejuvenation with minimal downtime. For those dealing with acne or scarring, there are also medical-grade treatment plans combining lasers and doctor-prescribed solutions.

One differentiating factor is its doctor-supervised weight loss programme using GLP-1 injections, aimed at longer-term, medically guided results rather than quick fixes.

With clinics in both Orchard and Changi, it’s convenient whether you work in the CBD or live in the east. Do note that visits are strictly by appointment, which helps keep the experience more private and consultative.

4. The Clifford Clinic

If you like your aesthetic appointments with a side of luxury, The Clifford Clinic is the one to know. They moved out of Clifford Centre into Singapore Land Tower and the new space is massive – big lounge, private treatment rooms, even an operating theatre. I walked in and it felt more like a boutique hotel lobby than a clinic waiting room.

After my consultation with the very experienced Dr Gerard Ee, he recommended radiofrequency microneedling for my acne scars. Clifford Clinic probably has the largest collection of updated scar treatment devices in Singapore.

They slapped on numbing cream first and left me to chill in the lounge for half an hour. Coffee, tea, sparkling water, even house wine were complimentary, so obviously I helped myself to a glass of wine. There’s also a cafe on site, The Clifford Café, which just adds to the whole “this doesn’t feel like a clinic” vibe.

Once the numbing kicked in, the procedure itself went smoothly. I still felt some sharp pokes in a few spots, but it was nothing unbearable. There was some minor redness afterwards, but it faded over the next couple of days, and I still headed to the office with no one the wiser.

Start to finish, The Clifford Clinic experience feels well put together. If you want your treatment to come with an actual luxe experience rather than a rushed in-and-out, this is a celebrity-endorsed clinic that gets it.

Situated in Novena Medical Centre, M-Aesthetic Clinic emphasises informed judgement over short-lived trends.

Their philosophy centres on achieving natural-looking results that enhance rather than alter. The aim is for patients to appear well-rested and refreshed, with improvements that appear subtle and natural rather than overcorrected.

With over 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, the clinic adopts a consultation-first approach. Each treatment plan begins with an assessment of the patient’s facial structure, skin condition and long-term objectives before recommending any procedures.

M-Aesthetic Clinic’s range of services includes pigmentation and acne scar treatments, biostimulators, injectables and hair restoration. Treatment recommendations are tailored to the individual and based on established techniques and evidence-backed technology.

Their emphasis throughout is on measured, personalised care rather than dramatic transformation.

Their Glow and Radiance Programme (S$350) is a multi-modal program designed to fit every individual’s needs to achieve skin that is radiant even without the use of makeup. The lasers are designed to target unwanted melanin pigment within the skin. This allows for an even distribution of natural melanin and brings about a more consistent skin colour.

They also offer a host of injectables, including skin enhancing treatments (from $800) that improve skin hydration and smoothness, collagen stimulating treatments (from $1200) and dermal fillers (from $855) that target age-related volume loss naturally. All treatments incur a consultation fee of S$75.

How to choose the right aesthetic clinic for your needs

Start by matching the clinic to your main concern rather than choosing based on the widest treatment menu. The Chelsea Clinic suits those who want structured, doctor-led consultations with advanced energy-based devices, while Mirae Medical Aesthetics is a better fit if non-surgical lifting and collagen stimulation are the priority.

Edwin Lim Medical Aesthetic Clinic is suitable for personalised treatment plans and medically supervised weight management, whereas M-Aesthetic Clinic focuses on acne and acne scars. If skin radiance is your goal, The Ogee Clinic offers dedicated glow and hydration programmes, while The Clifford Clinic may appeal to those seeking a more premium treatment experience. Choosing a clinic with expertise aligned to your concerns and consultation style is likely to lead to a more suitable treatment plan.
