The dual-coloured striped bread is a sourdough rendition of Asian fluffy milk bread, and is sure to bring a whole lotta ‘oohs and aahs’ to the table. The loaf’s blonde dough is also infused with subtle flavours of mandarin orange, to represent wealth and good luck, a touch of saffron, and paired with the slight bitterness of dark cocoa dough.
