Ladies and gentlemen, there’s a new bakery in town selling all sorts of atas French pastries, so that you can live out your Emily in Paris fantasies without leaving the country. The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie opened on 8 May 2022 along Hamilton Road, which is near Lavender and Bendemeer MRT.

The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie‘s conception started when its owner and executive baker, Elaine, made the decision to follow her passion and dreams. She left her corporate job two years ago to enroll in Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo’s Boulangerie course. After graduating from the esteemed culinary institute, she proceeded to open her very own bakery.

The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie‘s wide variety of French pastries and bakes include viennoiseries, brioches, kouign amanns, chaussons, quiches and baguettes. Viennoiseries, which are made from a laminated dough, are their specialty.

Some of the classics sold at The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie include Pain au Chocolat (S$4.50), Hotdog Croissant (S$5.20) and their Quiche (S$5.70).

More unique bakes include Trio of C (S$6.50), a pastry that combines a cookie, cheesecake and croissant, Fleur De Framboise (S$8.20), a gorgeous bun filled with raspberry jam and raspberry confit, and Margherita Pizza (S$4.70), a danish pastry filled with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.

With their stunning variety of French bakes inviting atmosphere, it’s no wonder that The Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie‘s bakes sold out completely on their opening day.
