East-siders and coffee lovers, rejoice! Baristart Coffee has recently set up a pop-up stall at 467 Joo Chiat Road from 3 to 12 Oct 2022. It will be open from 9am to 4pm on weekdays only, making it a perfect place to drop by for brunch or if you need a mid-day pick-me-up

Baristart Coffee started out as a simple coffee stand from Hokkaido. It is known for its use of BIEI Jersey Milk from Hokkaido, and is the first cafe in Singapore to do so. The specially-imported milk is the star ingredient in its full range of decadent desserts and mouth-watering savoury items.

The pop-up will offer the brand’s signature mainstays, such as Baristart Coffee’s signature Black or White Coffee, and the Original Cream Puff, which is made with Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk. The creamy custard is housed in a crispy choux pastry, which is topped with delectable crispy and sugary bits.

There’s also something for those with a sweet-tooth. Baristart Coffee’s Sweet Jar is layered with crunchy crumbs and a lovely Hokkaido milk cream, and comes in flavours such as Coffee, Strawberry, Mango, and Custard. There is also the Strawberry Fruit Sando, which sees slices of strawberry sandwiched between shokupan, or Japanese milk bread.

Apart from your usual coffee drinks, Baristart offers drinks such as Chocolate and Mocha. Baristart Coffee also has new pasta and sando offerings awaiting you at the pop-up concept.

Patrons who spend a minimum of S$30 on a single receipt will get free Baristart stickers (applicable for the first 10 customers daily), so be sure to pop by from 3 to 12 Oct 2022!
