Pancake and Waffle Place (also known as Pancake Place), along Kandahar Street, has will be releasing Singapore’s only seafood bucket which comes with a pancake and waffle from 24 Mar 2023 onwards!
Seafood Buckets have always been perfect for big gatherings, with no phones (thanks to your dirty hands) and close friends or family, so it’s quite natural that seafood buckets are often seen with fond memories.
Typically, seafood buckets come only with seafood, so it caught our attention when Pancake and Waffle Place decided to offer the Seafood Bucket (S$68.90 for 2 pax, S$135.90 for 4 pax) with a pancake and waffle to celebrate Iftar! Focus on the ‘a’, as it seems that the bucket would only come with a singular waffle and pancake. Fear not, as free flow rice will be provided.
Filled with many seafood delights, such as prawns, flower crabs, scallops, squid rings, blue mussels, this Seafood Bucket is definitely not lacking! With a choice of either Lemak Chilli Padi or Chilli Crab, it is obvious that it is suited to those with hotter palates.
Pancake and Waffle Place also offers a new drink with this Seafood Bucket set, called the Butter Up Drink. It seems to be an imitation of a beer, except halal! The Seafood Bucket set gives 2 of these along with it. Neat, is it not?
It is great that these treats are available for our Muslim friends to enjoy. Being a Muslim-owned place, Pancake and Waffle Place focuses on giving Singapore halal treats for all to enjoy, which makes my heart warm at such a meaningful vision.
Originally, Pancake Place specialised in waffles and pancakes of both savoury and sweet, having a wide variety of each for all tastes.
One that made my mouth water was definitely the Mango DeCoco (S$19.90). Just admire those perfect layers of fluffy chantilly cream!
