Are you someone who just can’t get enough of Italian food? Here’s your chance to stuff yourself with an unlimited amount of Italian dishes— BBQ Under the Stars is a new unique buffet that combines Italian cuisine and barbeque.

BBQ Under the Stars was launched by Chef Marcus Edwin of the RUBATO group, a well-known veteran of Italian cuisine. The restaurant is located 5 minutes away from Sixth Avenue MRT Station. If you’re seeking a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, this Italian diner is nestled in nature and greenery for you to relax.

What makes BBQ Under the Stars stand out even more is the fact that it uses a traditional Argentinian grill, called a Parrilla Grill, which is seldom seen in Singapore.

Wondering what you can enjoy? Starting from S$41.90++, the barbeque buffet comes with free-flow dishes such as Arrosticini Abruzzesi, also known as Giant Italian Skewers, a specialty from Italy’s Abruzzo region.

Other barbeque options to look forward to are the Grain-fed Tuscan Steak, Grilled Prawns, Chicken Chop, King Oyster Mushrooms and Chicken Mid Wings. You’ll also get to enjoy popular Italian dishes like Porcini Mushroom Risotto, Baked Lasagne, Carbonara Pasta and a range of hand-stretched pizzas!

Craving something a little more luxurious? The restaurant allows diners to add on premium proteins at affordable prices in addition to the buffet. Enjoy a premium cut of Wagyu for just S$9.98, or indulge in half a Lobster at S$9. How about savouring a whole Seabass for S$14.80 extra?

You can even get Fresh Air-flown Oysters for S$1.89 each, and Fresh Japanese Scallops for S$2.98.

With its spacious and rustic interior and variety of dishes, I’d love to pay a visit to BBQ Under the Stars soon.
