The relationship with the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Centre Singapore (HMGICS) is critical to this effort.

HMGICS will provide the restaurant with fresh vegetables from its innovative 2-storey vertical smart farm, resulting in a daily production of more than 30kg. This facility, led by a team of skilled robotics engineers, exemplifies the convergence of technology and agriculture.

Na Oh promises to reinvent the eating experience by focusing on sophisticated Korean hansik cuisine, featuring dishes that are both imaginative and traditional.

The restaurant’s name, which translates to “our own,” represents Lee’s ambition of providing an affordable yet high-quality culinary experience. The ambience of Na Oh is intended to be family-friendly and casual, making high-quality eating accessible to everyone.

Chef Lee’s focus on using locally grown ingredients demonstrates his passion for sustainability and freshness. The smart farm’s participation ensures that each dish is made with the best ingredients possible, emphasising the value of farm-to-table processes.

Na Oh’s menu is planned to include a variety of Korean staples reinvented via Lee’s unique vision. Diners can expect a variety of vivid and savoury choices, ranging from tastefully displayed banchan (side dishes) to substantial main courses that represent Korea’s rich culinary heritage. Lee’s expertise and enthusiasm for Korean cuisine will make Na Oh a remarkable addition to Singapore’s vibrant food scene.

In conclusion, Corey Lee’s Na Oh is poised to become a culinary gem in Singapore, fusing traditional Korean flavours with modern culinary skills while promoting local produce and ecological practices. With its unique sourcing and Chef Lee’s remarkable culinary skills, Na Oh guarantees an unforgettable dining experience that captures the spirit of Korean food.
