It’s February and we’re in the midst of Chinese New Year, feasting and reconnecting with relatives and friends. I’ve returned for the second instalment of our monthly hawker cleaning series for 2025.

It’s already the 4th day of CNY and most stalls have resumed business as per usual. Wouldn’t it be a double whammy if you arrived at the hawker centre hungry and thirsty, only to find out that the entire place was closed for cleaning?

To avoid such situations, I present to you a list of markets and hawker centres slated for spring cleaning in Feb 2025. Don’t worry, there’s only 28 places involved this month.
