Here is a curated list of events & promos we believe you will love.

1. Mise en Place at Dempsey Hill (4 – 24 Sep)

Singapore Food Festival 2025 - Mise en Place

At the centre of this year’s Singapore Food Festival is Mise en Place at Dempsey Hill. Serving as a buzzy hub that is a cafe by day and a restaurant & bar by night, this refined space’s  culinary offerings will delight your taste buds.

Singapore Food Festival 2025 - Chefs

Some highlights include desserts that were created in collaboration between Australian pâtissier Adriano Zumbo and Pastry Chef Goh Dah Liang (Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel). These pastries come with Zumbo’s signature creativity combined with local Singaporean flair. Our favourites are the V8 cake (S$16) with its 8 layers of vanilla textures that resembles a cube of tofu, and the Milo & Pandan Ganache Zumbaron (S$4) for its surprisingly well-blended flavours.

Singapore Food Festival 2025 - Haagen Dazs

Outside the main event space, you can also find a cute Häagen-Dazs ice cream cart (with a giant ice cream pint). Grab a Mini Cup or Stickbar for S$6.90, or get 2 for S$12. We heard that the Pistachio & Cream flavour is extremely popular, so make sure to go for it while stocks last!

You can visit Mise en Place at Dempsey Hill daily from now till 24 Sep.

Some vendors that were at the Food Truck Park, like Hello Arigato, 11.11 Sweet and MahaCo Dosa Bar, are expected to make a return during the City Tours amongst other pop-ups. So if you’re craving for a bite of sandos and tacos, or a taste of sweetness in a Nyonya Pandan Cloud and Raspberry Soft Serve, catch the food trucks in the east and west!
