From 2 February to late March, the Kopitiam at Hillion Mall was shut for renovations. Finally, after all that drilling and hacking, the partitions have been removed to reveal a brand-new Kopitiam Food Hall featuring a total of 25 stalls!

The traditional food court aesthetic of the previous place has been totally revamped and replaced with floor-to-ceiling windows, earthy wood tones, green fauna, and warm mood lighting that imitates the vibe of a hotel.
We recce’d the entire food court grounds in search of interesting stalls and here’s what we spotted.

Having earned the Michelin Plate award consecutively from 2022 to 2025, Ann Chin Popiah has opened an outlet here. You can savour the Signature Popiah or Vegetarian Popiah at S$2.70 per piece. For a slightly elevated version, there’s also the Prawn Popiah (S$3.50) and Sushi Popiah with Prawn (S$4.50).
The stall doesn’t just offer spring rolls — that would be far too boring. Expect light snacks like Yam Cake (S$2), Prawn Kueh Pie Tee (S$4.80 for 4 pieces), and Chai Poh Chee Cheong Fun (S$3.50).

Fancy a little shabu–shabu moment at a food court? Shabu Days features various meat sets such as Beef Brisket (S$19.90), Pork Collar (S$16.90), and Chicken Thigh (S$14.90). Then choose from 3 basic broth bases — Bonito Kombu, Sukiyaki with Pasteurised Egg, or Herbal Angelica. For a S$1 top-up, you can savour the Tangy Tomato or Spicy Umami soup instead.
The set comes with either Calrose White Rice or Ramen, together with a Yasai Garden Bowl and 3-Treasure Bowl.

This is the first time Crave has ever occupied a food court space. Prices start from S$5.90 for the Fish Fillet Nasi Lemak and goes up till S$9.90 for the Ayam Berempah Nasi Lemak (S$9.90), and Golden Crunch (S$9.90). From 7am – 11am, the stall features a Bee Hoon Series for breakfast in variations like Fish Fillet (S$4.90), Selar Fish (S$5.20), and Chicken Cutlet (S$5.20).

Enjoy bowls of noodles at Old Airport Rd WTM like the dry Signature Wanton Noodle (S$6.50) or the Special Abalone Noodle (S$7). The stall also sells a variety of sides like Fried Golden Ebi Prawn (S$1.80), Condensed Milk Mantou (S$1.50), Century Egg (S$1.80), and Water Chestnut Cake (S$2).

My bowl of dry Black Sauce Wanton Noodle (S$6.50) was well-balanced and delightfully spicy, which came with char siew slices, 2 fried wantons, 2 boiled wantons in soup, and veggies.

Uncle John’s Makan Place has a number of concepts under one stall. Fish lovers can relish in the 10 different kinds of steamed fish sets that come with plain rice, steamed egg, and soup. Customers can opt for the Hong Kong Style Steamed Golden Pomfret Set (S$13.80), and Hong Kong Style Cai Pu Steamed Mangrove Fish Set (S$11.80).
The stall also has Odeon Beef Noodle with options like dry Sliced Beef Thick Bee Hoon (S$8.50), Beef Brisket w/ Rice (S$10), and Beef Ball Thick Hor Fun Soup (S$8.50). Finally, you may get yong tau foo here as well. There’s a minimum of 7 pieces going for S$7, with an additional S$1.10 for white rice or noodles. You can also upgrade your carbs to Hong Kong Noodle or Spinach Noodle for S$1.50, or switch things up with Tomato, Laksa, Tom Yum, or Ampang gravy at a S$1.50 top-up.

Regulars of the old food court may spot a few familiar stalls that made a comeback like MS Inasal Filipino food and Pepper Lunch Express. As for the rest of the 18 stalls, I’ll leave it to you to swing by Kopitiam Food Hall at Hillion Mall and discover it for yourself. After all, what fun is there in revealing everything?
