With frozen yoghurt having its it-girl moment now, one brand was always etched in my heart — Sogurt — with me longing for its return. Finally, I’ve got some good news that brings tears of joy: Sogurt will reopen at One Holland Village in Dec 2026, after closing its last standalone outlet in 2018. The new flagship outlet will feature 102 seats, along with an alfresco terrace.

Founder Lee Li Ping said in an Instagram post, “The OG is coming back! And we can’t wait to have you back in our stores. Let’s build this new chapter together”, announcing the return of the beloved brand.
While studying in Los Angeles, the founder drew inspiration from its customisable self-service yoghurt shops. She wanted to introduce the concept to Singapore back when there were no such shops. Sogurt opened its first store along Bukit Timah Road in 2010, becoming Singapore’s first fully self-service frozen yoghurt (froyo) store. At its peak, it was serving delicious froyo at 12 outlets across the country.

The new flagship store in One Holland Village will feature a wall with 10 rotating flavours of froyo and soft-serve. Their tart recipes are made with real Greek yoghurt, and their fruit flavours contain real fruit purees with no artificial preservatives. Readers who are proteinmaxxing will be glad to know that select flavours such as Original Greek Tart are higher in protein.
Among the returning favourites are flavours like Peach Mango Tart, OG Green Apple Tart and OG chocolate. Besides those cult-favourites, you can also look forward to brand new flavours making their debut: Matcha, Pink Guava and Black Sesame.

Toppings available to jazz up your froyo include chewy mini mochi, crunchy pistachio kunafa and salted caramel pretzel crunch. If you prefer something healthier, go for their various fresh fruits. For something extra decadent, finish off your dessert with chocolate straight from a chocolate tap or salted caramel.
Anticipate a fresh experience every time you visit, as there will also be seasonal flavours and limited-edition toppings. You can also expect collaborations with other homegrown brands — #supportlocal indeed.
