Wine connoisseurs of Singapore will not be unfamiliar with wine distributor Aether Wines & Spirits. They’ve recently opened a new French cafe, Aether House, with chic Parisian vibes at SO Singapore that includes a private room for wine tasting sessions, and a cafe for customers to dine in and enjoy a coffee and lunch.

If you’re planning to go a little bougie for lunch, opt for the Chef’s Tasting Menu which comes with a curated three- or five-course experience. The 3 Petit Plats curated menu is served with coffee or tea (S$33) or a glass of wine (S$52), and the 5 Petit Plats curated menu will set you back S$55 with coffee or tea, and S$74 with a glass of wine.

You can also go all out by adding on an order of Cold Cuts Selection from France (S$42), which gives you the opportunity to sample six variations, served with cornichons and condiments. Now doesn’t it feel like you’re on vacation in the South of France already?

Whether you’re tasked to plan the next romantic date night out or simply want to splurge on something fancier to celebrate the start of a brand new year, the folks at Aether House have it all—so eat, drink, and be merry.
