For those who have always been in search of that one concert to go to, the Holy Grail Tour by Vacations could just be the ticket. The Australian indie rock band will be bringing their tour to Singapore, where fans can enjoy their unique sounds and lyrical songs.

The concert scheduled in Singapore will be held at Foo Chow Hall, and there will be a lot of hits and fresh music in it that people will love. It is amazing when people get to experience their favourite music in a live show together with other fans who feel the same.

Their songs have earned them a huge following, thanks to their mellow sounds and atmosphere-evoking tracks. Some of the main band members include lead singer and songwriter Campbell Burns, bass guitarist Jake Johnson, lead guitarist Nate Delizzotti and drummer Joseph Van Lier.

For those wishing to attend the show, tickets can be purchased at S$88 for general admission and S$108 for VIP admission. If you plan on attending the event with your friends or even all alone, then this is an excellent opportunity to do so.

For all those who love art and design, or even just admire beautiful objects that come out of manual craftsmanship, attending the Illustration Arts Festival (IAF) 2026 is an absolute requirement.

Taking place between 3 and 5 Jul, the festival will see the participation of more than 260 artists from 16 different nations in Asia, with unlimited entry and exit to the event on the same day. Children aged below 6 get free admission.

As it returns as part of the festivities of OIC Singapore in its 10th anniversary year, the festival continues to acknowledge illustration as a narrative craft resulting from imagination, experience and human creation.

Happening simultaneously at New Art Museum Singapore and Whitestone Gallery at Tanjong Pagar Distripark, the event is an ideal choice of activity for a wonderful weekend to take your kids or yourself to explore the festival.

This year’s edition will also be hosting some collaborations among different creative communities, such as FLABSLAB, Tell Your Children and Gofy, as well as various regional networks like the Southeast Asia Illustration Council, Bangkok Illustration Fair and Kuala Lumpur Illustration Fair.

One exciting thing about this year’s event is that there will be the IAF 10th Anniversary Commemorative Card Series, where visitors may choose their own 3 designs. Additionally, there are also limited-edition 1-of-1 hand-drawn cards made by each participating artist throughout the festival.

Calling all photography lovers, content creators and anyone who enjoys taking photos of everyday experiences through a different perspective. It’s time for Canon PhotoMarathon 2026, where creativity, competition and storytelling converge in one event.

Having started in Singapore in 2003, Canon PhotoMarathon is now one of the biggest events for photographers across Asia. Over the years, it has inspired photographers to see beyond their surroundings and find creative ways to express their images as a storytelling tool.

The 2026 event will mark the 20th edition of the competition, but there is an added feature that reflects the new modern way that creators operate: a new video storytelling category is being introduced. As the world of creation continues to evolve and merge photography, film & digital storytelling, this event has evolved to cater to the new breed of content creation.

In the photo event, participants would face a 10-hour task. 3 secret topics would be introduced during the day, and every 2 hours, a new topic would be revealed to the participants, forcing them to think quickly and approach the interpretation of topics from various angles.

There is no doubt that nothing can beat the experience of dining on the beach while the smell of the smoky grill mixes with the evening breeze. And for Sentosa GrillFest 2026, there is no better place than the shores of Siloso Beach as the event takes off into its biggest version ever.

From 23 Jul to 16 Aug 2026, the ninth instalment promises to host 42 food stalls in 5 zones, including 18 new ones added to the already familiar faces.

The first thing that comes to mind when we talk about highlights is Chef’s Grill, which is an 8-course omakase-inspired beach dining journey that has been developed in collaboration with the Singapore Chefs’ Association. The best part about the experience is that there will be a guest vendor every weekend.

For those who wish to indulge in self-selection, Marketplace by Indoguna is an experience of its own. Not only do you get to select your meats and seafood, but you also get to witness them being converted into grilled masterpieces.

15. Football fever reaches its biggest moment

things to do in July - World Cup

There is more fun & excitement happening this month with the FIFA World Cup taking place across the USA, Canada and Mexico.

So far, Germany has been one of the best-performing teams, winning their first game by 7 goals. But football is full of uncertainties, and sometimes a single surprising performance from any team can totally turn the direction of the competition.

This is what makes the game more exciting to watch, and when you add in your friends, there will be reactions to every near miss, goals being celebrated and discussion of all referee decisions. A regular night out with friends becomes interesting when everyone in the room is supporting the same team.

There are many places in Singapore which offer venues to watch the finals of the World Cup. One may choose either a sports bar with big screen TVs or a casual place to eat, with watching football being the main activity there.

How to choose the right things to do in Singapore this Jul

First of all, figure out how much time and energy you have. If you want a full afternoon out, Illustration Arts Festival (IAF) 2026 and Monet Inside 2026 work well for families or anyone who prefers a slower indoor activity with plenty to explore. For something more active, Canon PhotoMarathon 2026 suits photographers who enjoy structure and competition, while Sentosa GrillFest 2026 fits groups looking to stretch an evening over food and live entertainment.

If the plan centres on socialising, Vacations and Comedy After Hours make sense for music or laughs, while Esora Yacht is better for a longer night with a set itinerary. The right pick depends on whether you want creativity, conversation or a shared event.
